These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the website flowrose.ae (the “Website”) and any services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products

1.1 All products listed on the Website are available for delivery throughout the UAE, subject to stock availability.

1.2 To ensure maximum freshness, certain floral products may be delivered in bud form.

1.3 Some flowers may be harmful or toxic to pets (e.g., lilies are dangerous to cats). For details, please reach out to our Customer Care team.

1.4 All products are subject to availability. In case of supply challenges, we reserve the right to substitute items with flowers of similar style, quality, and value without prior notice.

1.5 If we cannot fulfill your order, we will inform you and issue a full refund within 7 days of the intended delivery date.

1.6 Orders are delivered on the selected date during our operating hours unless otherwise specified.

1.7 We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery when properly cared for.

1.8 Any food or edible items may contain allergens. Please review product details carefully before purchase.

2. Prices

2.1 Prices displayed on the Website are valid for 14 days from the order date.

2.2 All prices include VAT for deliveries made within the UAE.

2.3 Prices may differ from those offered via our customer care team or in-store.

2.4 We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

3. Orders / Payments

3.1 You must provide complete and accurate personal and payment details when placing an order.

3.2 We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, excluding Diners Club and department store cards.

3.3 By clicking the “Pay Now” button, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

3.4 Your order is subject to acceptance by Flowrose.ae. Once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation, at which point a binding contract is established.

3.5 Orders cannot be placed by individuals under 16 years of age.

4. Delivery

4.1 Accurate delivery details and recipient contact numbers must be provided to avoid delays.

4.2 Deliveries are handled through third-party couriers. While we aim to deliver on the requested date, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

4.3 Deliveries to hospitals, hotels, or offices may be left with the reception or concierge.

4.4 If the recipient is unavailable and a safe drop is not possible, items may be returned to us for redelivery at an additional charge.

4.5 Cut-off times, delivery restrictions, and additional charges may apply for remote or hard-to-reach locations.

5. Cancellations, Amendments & Returns

5.1 Orders may be cancelled or amended by contacting us at support@flowrose.ae at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

5.2 Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns cannot be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

5.3 Customized or personalized products are non-returnable once the customization process has begun.

6. Customer Care – Complaints & Refunds

6.1 For complaints, please email support@flowrose.ae or contact our customer service team.

6.2 Customer Care is available daily from 9:00 AM – 7PM.

6.3 Complaints should ideally be reported within 1 business day of delivery.

6.4 Where applicable, issues will be resolved through replacement products, vouchers, or refunds.

6.5 Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Website, Flowrose.ae is not liable for service disruptions.

7.2 Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the total price paid for the products ordered, except in cases of death or personal injury resulting from negligence.

8. Promotional Codes

8.1 Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and are valid only for online purchases.

8.2 Codes are limited to one use per customer and may have expiration dates.

8.3 Promotional codes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.

9. General

9.1 Flowrose.ae reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect 5 hours after being posted on the Website.

9.2 Purchases are governed by the laws of the UAE, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All text, images, and content on the Website are the property of Flowrose.ae unless otherwise stated. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

They do not imply traditional wholesale agreements unless otherwise stated. Minimum order quantities and product details apply where relevant. Flowrose.ae reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.

• Natural Variations: Due to the seasonal and natural qualities of flowers, arrangements may differ slightly in color, size, or style from the images shown. Every arrangement is handcrafted and unique.
  
• Image Use: Some images displayed on Flowrose.ae may be sourced from partners, vendors, or free inspiration platforms (e.g., Pinterest) to represent design styles. They are not guaranteed to be exact replicas.
  
• Accuracy: While we strive to replicate designs as displayed, substitutions may be required due to seasonal availability. Replacements will always be of equal or higher value.
