We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on any of our products. Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned due to the delicate and time-sensitive nature of flowers.

For cancellations, please note that orders may only be canceled before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, we kindly ask you to contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and relevant details to facilitate the cancellation process.
